Sheila Brotherston

Instructor, Hip Hop and Preschool

Sheila Brotherston is a dedicated dance teacher with over 20 years of experience at The Dance Inn. Throughout her tenure, she has held various roles, including Hip Hop Director and Manager of The Legacy Dance Company. Her expertise lies in teaching preschoolers and all levels of Hip Hop.

Sheila graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Acting and is also a certified Zumba instructor. She has significant experience teaching and choreographing dance for organizations such as The Brandon Residential Treatment Center, ArtSpan at Monroe Center for the Arts, Boston Rhythmic, and Boston Children's Theater. Additionally, Sheila has presented at the MAHPERD state convention, where she developed a curriculum to help P.E. teachers incorporate dance into their daily classes. In addition to her work at The Dance Inn, Sheila is a 6th-grade Spanish teacher at Innovation Academy Charter School.
