Adults

The Dance Inn offers a robust adult curriculum year-round. The emphasis is on having fun and benefiting from all that dance has to offer—improved coordination and brain health, strengthening the mind-body connection, and being part of an uplifting community.

Classes are offered in tap, jazz, hip hop, pilates, and more throughout the year. Pre-registration is strongly advised. If unsure of the appropriate level, call the studio for more information.

Tap

Basic Beginner: This class is an introduction to tap for adults who have not taken tap before or would like to get back into in it after a long absence. 

Advanced Beginner: This class continues to develop fundamental tap skills with an emphasis on technique and musicality

Intermediate: We build on existing skills and develop more technique, clarity, and musicality

Advanced: We fine tune technique and work on strengthening overall tap skills with more complex rhythms

Hip Hop

Beginner: This class is an introduction to hip hop for adults who have minimal dance experience that focuses on learning basic movement patterns and finding your own movement style

Intermediate: This class is for adults with several years of hip hop experience.

Jazz

All levels of adult jazz focus on developing strength and control while learning fun, rhythmic movement patterns.
