Currently, She teaches dance six days a week to students of all ages and abilities. Much like her mentor, Thelma Goldberg, Nicole is passionate about providing holistic dance education that is enriching and instills a deep sense of pride in all of her dancers. Inspired by her previous work at the Cotting School, where she assisted students with various physical and intellectual disabilities, Nicole enthusiastically employs many research-based teaching methods to ensure that each and every one of her students can find success. In addition to her work inside of the classroom, Nicole delights in the opportunity to bring dynamic programming to Dance Inn students year round, inclusive of master teachers, week-long intensives, and an abundance of community performance opportunities. Since 2018, she has proudly enjoyed her work managing the studio’s two youth companies, the Legacy Dance Company and the Dance Inn Youth Intensive.
Nicole is a founding member of Boston based tap company Off Beat, directed by Ryan P. Casey, with whom she regularly choreographs for and performs. The company most recently debuted their full length show, “Mother Tongue,” in 2023, which celebrates the universal language that is dance through the vehicle of music sung by female vocalists all across the world.
