NICE AND EASY: Beginner and Intermediate levels - a new program for tap dancers of all ages - focusing on basic tap skills and musicality with low-impact choreography and simple rhythmic patterns to slow/moderate swinging jazz music.

INTRO TO TAP: fundamental and fun - beginning tap technique and choreography.

ADVANCED: “and the beat goes on…” more challenging footwork, phrasing, and syncopation - building a tap repertoire.

A mat conditioning class designed to strengthen and elongate muscles with emphasis on abdominal strength, full body control, greater efficiency of movement, and flexibility.
